Angel opened her mouth and snapped it shut again, unsure of what to say. She had never chased anything, well....other then the dogcatcher's rump and the occasional rodent away from a potential meal. She silently shook her head no, she had never chased a deer. In fact, she had never even seen one up close before now. Most of them stayed as far away from the town as they could. “Sorry Gap-tooth. I've never hunted anything but scraps, or chased anything but rats.”
She felt a little shy right then. Fuli had pretty much summed it up, a bunch of young adults, or kids as it seemed in Gurri's case. Out trying to change the world, or....hide from it, as was her true case. Angel gave her new friend a smile as the cheetah extended the paw, and she gave it a soft tap of her own. A canine 'fist bump', as it were. Her fluffy tail wagged in a friendly way. “I've done nothing special,” She noted. “If anything, it's you two who should feel empowered. Still...this is an adventure, for sure.”
The young pomchi sighed as Gurri let it be known just how intently her curiosity was about the household bric-a-brak that humans kept. "Okay, okay.” She scoffed playfully. “Furniture...is stuff the humans use to help them live. Things they sit on, or eat off. It's also very useful for a dog! As you can hide under, around, or in it. Their houses are full of this stuff, and it comes in all sorts of colors and shapes.”
She lay her own head back on her paws and sighed happily. “You don't need it to have a home, but most homes usually have some of it around. Humans are weird like that. They carry and build all sorts of things to make life easier. But, because some of it is more...artistic, then useful. They don't like it when you play around it or try and sit on it. It's not too unlike why they like to keep pets. But unlike their furniture, we're much more loved and seen as closer to themselves as members of the family. As long as we behave ourselves, then our lives are as good as theirs.”
She rolled her eyes, “That, sort of the key to living with humans, rather then living off them. You have to show them that you can do more good than harm in their house. If you want to see some real furniture...just go over to Arendelle and check out the castle. That place is so loaded with all the things humans love, it's insane.”
