(February 6th at about midnight, open to all Gilded Wings.)
Robin could hear the raindrops hotting the roof of the bar. Some drops were lucky and slipped through the cracks in the ceiling and dropped onto tables and in glasses. Robin was smoking a pipe in the corner of the bar, ears folded back slightly. A glass of water was sitting in front of him, no liquor inside, he had to be sober for these information meetings. The pipe was between his furry fingers and his feet were on the table in front of him. Hat tilted forward he hummed behind the wood of the pipe as smoke billowed from the end of the pipe.
Robin was waiting for his friends from the Wings to come to him. Come to him and tell him what they'd seen in the colorful streets.
The Festival had been going on for 3 whole days. That was 3 days of information from each side of the army. Three days his spies had been moving through the crowds gathering information. Spies...such a horrible word. That made it sound like they were doing something nefarious or sinister and while he had thieves in his little group and a handful of vagabonds they weren't doing anything off color. At least to his knowledge.
The little bell on the door of the bar jingled, alerting Robin to the presence of a newcomer. His ears flicked upwards but the rest of him remained neutral, still smoking his pipe.
"Well, it's nice someone listened to me when I called out for you," he chuckled, sitting up a bit straighter, "Well come on over. Pull up a chair and tell ol' Rob what you've got."
