(Open to Donkey for husband/wife things)
A long maroon claw pulled back like a trigger and flicked outwards, flicking probably the tenth or eleventh pebble into the water of the Arendelle dock she was currently perched above. A tear followed the pebble, causing a bigger ripple than the pebble every could. The dragoness was in a similar position she'd been in before. Large flying reptile who was missing the love of her life, crying into water. She was homesick. She missed her babies. She missed all five of them. She missed Debbie, Coco, Bananas, Peanut, Parfait and Eclair all equally though she'd be lying if she said she didn't miss the girls more. HER girls. HER sons.
And Donkey.
She missed her noble steed most of all. He was funny. He made her laugh. He was handsome, brave, heroic. He was pleased with who he was in his fur. A talking donkey. A nerdy, funny, brave, sweet talking donkey. He knew how to make her smile. Seeing that smile when he came home from hanging out with Shrek was the best part of her day.
And she'd left to be brave like him and was regretting it so deeply in her core.
Sighing again, she placed her head down on the ground, pulling back her claw again to flick a pebble in the water. She was smaller and she sure felt small. She folded her wings tightly against her. She would honestly prefer to just have her cry out now. Cry then back to business.
That's what Moms did after all.
