The "key" facial spots of her puppyhood remain -- one on the top of her head, and one adorning each cheek. More have begun to appear over her body in a random fashion. Her ears still flop downwards, but has otherwise grown beautifully out of her awkward childhood proportions. the personality overall personality • Cadpig is many things -- "tall" and "strong" do not rank among that list. The trait she prides herself most on is her guru-like sense of wisdom... even if it can be a little skewed. Cadpig has subscribed to the theories of New Age philosophy, often trying to better understand the world around her and help spread goodwill among her siblings. She takes the time to flaunt her large vocabulary and penchant for metaphor, and isn't afraid to stick her nose in a conflict where it doesn't belong, in an attempt to help resolve it. She is all about psychoanalyzing those she talks to, drawing out their most vulnerable emotions with it in an attempt to achieve harmony. Her efforts are well-meaning... if not often times a bit misguided. Generally speaking, her demeanor is as pleasant as they come. As a pup, however, Cadpig was also infamously known for having a hostile and somewhat ruthless streak. If talking through the problem isn't working, she's not afraid to result to brute force to get the point across. Often times she has manipulated her personality in an attempt to shift the outcome of what she's trying to accomplish. These traits have certainly balanced themselves as she's grown and learned more in her time away from the farm, but the spark of mischief is still alive and well within. the history overall history • Cadpig was one of 15 puppies born to Pongo and Perdita in a London flat. She was the runt of the litter; considerably smaller than her brothers and sisters, but full of spunk nonetheless. And beside those brothers and sisters, she had been kidnapped by Cruella DeVil, rescued from the countryside. and watched as her tiny family grew exponentially right before her eyes. That didn't change much, though -- and neither did her family's journey to the farm. The way Cadpig saw it, it was all a learning experience. Being the smallest, it was harder for her to play with the other puppies for a considerable amount of time -- and as such, she would spend more time than usual in Roger's study. It was here that she developed a taste for New Age philosophy, and understanding more about the world around her (as well as her penchant for psychoanalysis). Her closest bonds had been with her brother Patch, as well as Lucky, Rolly, and a farm chicken named Spot. The latter group was her mainstay -- and with Lucky's thick-headed ambition, Cadpig often played accomplice to a myriad of voyages, hijinx, and general mayhem. But she always had a good time doing it. The farm environment also gave her room to start learning even more about her siblings and various inhabitants -- so who was she to complain? Time ticked on, and the puppies weren't puppies anymore. When the original litter of 15 hit their first birthday, Roger and Anita had made the difficult decision to start letting them leave the nest. And no one was more eager than Cadpig. This would be her chance to spread goodwill across London -- nay, to see the sights across all of Europe. It was luck that had landed her in the care of a member of the Diplomatic Service. She was able to get a hands-on view of how to solve worldly issues, expand her horizons in terms of understanding how others think and react to problems and situations, and -- most importantly -- hear about the merged worlds. War was brewing, and there wasn't much Cadpig could do from home. England wasn't in immediate danger, but she had learned through the Twilight Bark that her parents and siblings were planning to take refuge on the farm, and hold tight for the moment. Never the one to act passively, Cadpig saw this as her opportunity to make a difference in the world. She slipped away from her home, and set off with the hopes that she could solve the world's problems the best way she knew how. the role player alias • Ink/Inky/Inkeroo age • 23 pronouns • She/her other characters • Georgette, Honey Lemon, Beshte, Bambi, Scamp, Naveen, Imelda, Pepita, Mzuka, O'Malley, Bruno, Snow White, Nuka |
