((OOC: Open to ALL dogs, February 20th))
"And here comes Patch, the greatest warrior of all time," the spotted dog narrated to himself as he crept below the brush of the dense forest. He was in the outskirts of Fort Chambord, it's great towers looming in the distance. It seemed strange to the young dog that he was out here and not back on their farm. He felt a small pang of guilt about it, the fact that he left so quietly and without notice, but there were too many of them anyway. Not to mention the fact that they were all getting a bit too big for it, too. This was good, for the better. But now there were other things to focus on.
The sun shone brightly, creating little pools of warmth as Patch navigated his way through the woods. He was unsure of his exact bearings at the moment, but there was a little thrill of adventure running through him. He didn't have an exact mission per se, but rather finishing up one. The dog had come out to deliver a message to Queen Belle, but now seeing that his duty was done and he wasn't expected for a while, the young dog had felt he had earned some well-deserved exploration time. Not that the Suns were strict but Patch wanted to get in some warrior practice lest he run into some nefarious entity wishing to do him harm.
While the spotted dog was well aware the unlikelihood of it, dealing with Cruella and her cronies growing up had always instilled the mission of adventure more than ever. While his puppyhood adventures were rather harrowing, Patch knew that he could handle anything, now that he was older. "The spotted warrior creeps stealthily," he added, a smile on his maw, "And he gets the Thorn!"
Patch pounced playfully on a small rock, landing with ease. His slender frame led easily to attacks of that sort and watching the lionesses gave him insight to the technique. The dog laughed at himself, and the antics that still made him a bit immature. But that was fine, Patch knew he wasn't ready to grow up quite yet. Although, he knew he ought to start making his way back to The Great Forest and the Suns. However, just as he was about to turn around, Patch heard a noise of some sort, something that caught his attention.
