Primrose's gaze was pretty well fixed to Toothless for the next bit, examining his dark scales that littered every curve of his face and the tendril like nubs along his jaw. The spikes protruding from the center of his forehead and it all came to a particularly prominent point towards his nose and the front of his maw. Everything seemed customized for speed and night time stealth, he could have been quite the predator. But here was was, snuffling at her hand and gurgling. She allowed him a moment, before she tentatively would smooth her palm against the upper half of his nose. She hadn't missed what he'd said when he turned back to Hiccup and she allowed a slightly mischievous smile to tug at her lips. For a moment it looked as though she might add something cheeky, but when she spoke it wasn't of this fabled Astrid.
"In more than one way..." she agreed. There was that underlying threat that often came when she spoke. Yes, Heimdall was fitting due to the whiteness of his belly and the legends of the pale Norse god. But the god was also an extremely watchful guardian. Her own Heimdall had proven to be exceedingly fierce in the past for her sake. Still, the tone was more second nature than it seemed to be anything to do with Hiccup or Toothless anymore. Primrose could prove to be a little rough around the edges at times.
As Hiccup explained that she could keep the drawing of Heimdall and that he wouldn't tell anyone she seemed to take a moment to consider it, gently gnawing at the inside of her cheek. Heimdall hiccuped behind her and she didn't acknowledge it but idly wondered exactly what he'd been eating before she got here that provoked them. Her hand on Toothless suddenly shifted its position, sliding below his jaw with a gentle touch as if to prop his gaze up and she tilted her head to get a better look at him. Eye to eye, the braids on either side of her face hung like golden tassels and she cocked a brow.
"Well? How about it?" she asked, a good nature to her tone although she was dead serious as she suddenly raised a question to Toothless instead of answering Hiccup directly.
"Is your boy trustworthy?"
