Not a speck of foreign matter tarnishes the milky sea of her fur; it is only parted by the collar that she wears - a fitted golden neckband inset with diamonds. On the inside one will find the name 'Duchess Bonfamille' carved along with a Paris address. the personality overall personality • Kind. Motherly. Mature. Caring. Intelligent. Courteous. Duchess is a feline of manners and dignity at first glance. She holds herself high even in the most dire of straits - compelled to keep her composure for the sake of those around her. Though weak physically, the female makes up for it with a good head on her shoulders. She is thoughtful, strategic, and good at social activities. One will find that though Duchess is both high-class in appearance and personality, she isn't snarky nor superior; she often speaks to those some find 'lesser' with the same politeness as she would the monarchy. the history overall history • Duchess was purchased at a young age by the wealthy opera star Madame Adelaide Bonfamille at a time when the aging woman had no living relatives. The Madame was kind and held true love for Duchess whom in turn adored Adelaide and grew to be a proper, well-mannered aristocrat. They lived happily together within the Bonfamille estate at the heart of Paris for a few years. Wanting to expand their small family, Duchess was bred with a stud and soon gave birth to the three lights of her life - Toulouse, Marie, and Berlioz. They were, and still are, the most important accomplishment she's ever made. She taught her children manners, creativity, and showered them in love. One fateful day, an old lawyer and friend named Georges Hautecourt came to officially write out the Madame's will. In it she gave her extensive fortune and estate to Duchess and, upon her death, the kittens. That night would of been the start of a harrowing adventure for the feline family if not for the drums of war. The house was stormed by Cursed Thorns; a handful of servants were killed and Madame Adelaide was on the cusp of death herself. Duchess, in order to save their lives, made a deal with Maleficent. Everything would be transferred to the Angora's name. They would keep the estate, unburdened by Cursed Thorn occupation, as well as the remaining servants to maintain it. No harm was to come to herself, the kittens, nor anyone who took sanctuary within the estate. In return Duchess pledged to steadily supply the Evil Queen with any funds she requested. The Madame, though saved, was taken as collateral for the pact - just in case the feline family decided to try and run.
