I'll make this pretty at some point. Hit me up if you have any ideas or input!
Mor'du
General - He's a monster bear with only the tiniest bit of humanity left in him. Has a tendency to have angry outbursts.
Goals - Climb up the hierarchy. Spread his legend of terror across the merged worlds. Be a king.
Friends - It would take a special, persistent person to worm their way into this spot. He sees others as temporary allies at best. Still, it would be possible to gradually appeal to his more human side and get him to accept friendship though it might take a bit. I think it would be interesting to develop; perhaps open him up a bit and remind him of what it was like before becoming Mor'du.
Enemies - Plenty of room in this category. It's really easy to make him angry or earn his ire - sometimes someone might just be at the wrong place at the wrong time or say something that sets him off. Once placed here it is near impossible to squirm out. Anyone who isn't under Maleficent's banner is already placed firmly on this list.
Lovers - I don't really see this ever coming to play. He's far too focused on himself and doesn't have the emotional range to form a crush or anything of that ilk. I wouldn't say it's impossible, just really unlikely.
Plots
-It would be cool to see him muscled into submission by either a group of people or a single, really strong person. Mor'du thinks he's hot crap that can only be bossed around solely by Maleficent. It could put a sore on his pride and show him he ain't the only tough cookie around.
-More interactions with the Thorns in general. Maybe a chance meeting with a young Wing or Sun; he's never had to deal with kids before.
-Definitely want to see him come face-to-face with Fergus and Merida again since for one he really hates the both of them for almost killing him and two they (I think?) still assume he died back in Scotland.
-Really any and all trouble he can get into; he's a bomb set to go off at any time.

Duchess
General - A kind cat mother with a lot of worrying on her mind. Unwilling benefactor of the Cursed Thorns and overall really stressed out aristocrat. Keeps herself composed in front of others.
Goals - FIND HER SON. Get herself, the kids, and Madame safe away from Maleficent and the Thorns. Help all the people she can affected by the war.
Friends - Duchess tries to always assume the best in everyone she meets. She has experienced that looks or rumors should never be what one associates with someone they haven't met themselves. There is always hope for change even in the most dark of hearts. This makes it a simple task in meeting to become friends. With that being said, she also isn't a fool. Being quite sharp, Duchess can pick up on fake kindness and facades; she's been around two-faced rich people her whole life.
Enemies - Though she has high hopes for everyone she meets those that do wrong are not immune to her disgust. Maleficent perhaps being the only person that has the honor of adorning Duchess' full hatred. People that follow the Mistress of Evil's dastardly ways - in which aren't limited to just Thorns - will be avoided completely if possible.
Lovers - She is a mess of nerves at the moment with no focus on finding love. It would be nice at some point, but now is probably not a good time.
Plots
-Once Marie and Toulouse are on the site I would love some family bonding time; they probably have a lot on their minds too. Even more-so when all of the kittens are together again. I need my cat family.
-Finding Berlioz ofc. Though, if it happens that she isn't the one that finds him, being eternally grateful to the person/s that does when they meet-up. Perhaps owing them a favor if that's the way they wanna take it?
-More threads with Ella after Kindered Spirits. They are two sad peas in a pod. It would be great if they could help each-other out when the time comes to make a move.
-I'd love for her to empathize more with some not-so-stalwart Thorns - people who are part of the faction but don't really have the evil heart of a Thorn. It'd be cool for her to try and talk them through leaving or at least giving advice whether it's taken or not.
-She has a soft spot for children since she's a mother and all. Really anything with anyone that could remind her of the kids back home (and missing).
Ono
General - A sharp young egret looking to do his part for the circle of life. Happy to help out friends and probably too much of a worrier for his own good.
Goals - Graduate from training to become a full-fledged scout. Being useful in general. Keeping everyone alert for harm, especially friends.
Friends - Ono is close to a handful of Pridelanders already. He is easy to get along with and not quite as immature as his peers. With a high regard for the circle of life and the royal family, Ono would probably fit right in with most of his fellow Suns. As for anyone else, he can be a bit wary. Though not completely unfriendly some may take his caution the wrong way. Still, after gaining his trust, he is open and helpful to any creature big or small.
Enemies - He isn't one to make enemies directly - more-so they come along on their own. Like Scar, the Outlanders, and all the other creatures that betrayed the circle of life. Ono has a particular sour spot for Maleficent after vividly witnessing what she did to his home. For this reason, any Cursed Thorn is judged with the highest scrutiny.
Lovers - He is pretty young for anything serious. A crush would be cute and perhaps could grow from there.
Plots
-It is a high priority for Ono to rub elbows with his pals in TLG: Fuli, Beshte, Kion, and Bunga when someone picks him up. I'd love threads with either all of them or each of them in different circumstances so they can make solid connections. Or both.
-Some ruckus involving a Thorn or other bad-y could be fun. He isn't easily out-smarted so that could be a great back-and-forth learning experience for all involved.
-Meeting someone who isn't so bad from the Thorns (or at least good enough at acting to pull the wool over Ono's eyes) would be cool too. Help Ono realize that he should judge a book by its title.
-Any interaction with the royal family! Ono is proud to serve them and perhaps a bit nervous.
Johari
General - An orphan cub with a few worthiness issues. She wants to be the very best like no one ever was, but has no grasp on the reality that being great at everything is impossible. A growing moral dilemma.
Goals - Be a hero. Make everyone super proud. Stop worrying about what it means to be "good" and "evil".
Friends - Perhaps more open than what one would expect from a Thorn. Johari actually likes to make friends - in and out of her own faction. She isn't inclined to violence unless the situation proves it is necessary which is pretty helpful in the pathway to making connections. She turns a lot of assumptions associated with the Thorns on their head making it quite the confusion to some that get to know her on why she is with the group in the first place. Crack open her shell and you'll get to feast on the jumbled-up mess that makes up this young cub's life.
Enemies - Being a Thorn makes enemies easy to come by - even if she hasn't personally done anything to deserve it. Not that Johari is above it. Making her pride proud will likely cause more than a few sore spots for people on the other side. Being so young, she also isn't the most emotionally stable. Talking about something sensitive might reward the speaker with a lashing out and cause a bit of bad blood.
Lovers - She is a young, gay bean. Not prepared or developed enough for anything serious; crush perhaps?
Plots
-I'd love for her to interact with Mandisa and other lions some more. She really looks up to the princess and leaders of the Thorns in general.
-Speaking of which, the ousted prince Mzuka would be another awesome thread. Johari is still a bit upset that he left in the first place, but misses the white fluffball. It could help give the kid an even deeper moral dilemma.
-Fellow peers from any of the factions (or lack thereof) helping her grow and perhaps opening her eyes a bit. That or just doing kid stuff. Anything will work; plus it could be fun to see non-Thorns react to a not-so-evil Thorn.
-A mentor of sorts, in or out of the group, that can teach Johari that being perfect isn't an achievable goal; a fool's errand if you will. Might start a few spats with this hard-head but she'll be grateful in the end if they hang in there.
-A conversation with one of lions in Simba's Pride. Her mother was suppose to be seeking them out when she didn't return, and she assumes that maybe her father is there too. She hasn't quite given up on them being alive still.
-Anything to do with that sweet sweet crisis of morality. My kid needs some development!
