I'd like to request Helga Sinclair from Atlantis: The Lost Empire as a Bishop for the Cursed Thorns.
All was quiet, Helga thought as she walked forward. The assignment was a simple one. She was to lead her squad in a reconnaissance mission, scout out the area surrounding the Enchanted Suns territory, and report back based on what she had seen. Anyone else would think it boring, but Helga knew that these things needed to be done. If they weren't, they would go in blindly to situations and be caught in a bad spot when the need arose for competence. Now and again, she'd glance back at her soldiers. They had maintained silence as she'd instructed. On thinking of that, Helga let the faintest hint of a smile slip past her guard. Perhaps these soldiers weren't the worst she'd seen in her lifetime after all.
In an instant, though, she realized something was wrong. For a while, Helga had only heard the consistent beat of her soldiers shuffling behind her. There was something else in the air. She'd heard something... she was sure of it.
"Wait." Helga's gaze shifted ahead of her while she held up an arm to signal a sudden stop. The footsteps behind her stopped, and Helga listened. All was quiet once more. Then, she heard it again. It was faint, but she was positive she'd heard someone moving nearby. Her eyes narrowed and she started to speak, but before she could get a word out she heard something else. An order to attack sounded, and Enchanted Suns soldiers erupted from all around them. An ambush! Helga made an instinctive grab for the gun she'd brought with her and drew it. The soldiers who weren't immediately caught in the arms of a fight were panicking and she had to resist the urge to roll her eyes.
"You can panic when you're dead!" Helga barked at them. Moments later, she started to shoot at the enemies coming toward them. Soldiers behind her started to follow her example and stopped panicking long enough to actually fight. They had been caught with their pants down but there was no way in hell Helga was letting them die there.
"Get in formation and don't let them surround you!" She only had a moment to glance behind her to make sure they followed the command. They did, and she was starting to see with her own eyes that the Enchanted Suns weren't holding up as well as they had to start. Attention was brought back to the fight moments later as she started to shoot once more.
They weren't going down. Not this day.
"What kind of leader are you?"
Helga is a no nonsense, cold sort of leader who would make no bones about the idea of pushing her soldiers to their very limits. She would expect the best of the best from those under her, and if you give her lip or go against her she would have no qualms with punishing such actions accordingly. When she gives an order, she expects it to be followed through to the letter. Should failure to follow orders come from a soldier, she would be unafraid to punish it. She would expect a damn good explanation for what happened first, though.
A soldier herself through a through, she would be a drill instructor and leader first and a friend later. She would also be willing to get down and dirty right along with her soldiers should the situation call for it. She does know how to fight, and will make that perfectly clear should the situation arise.
She's not the type to sit by in a crisis situation and let others flounder about. She mostly keeps a level head during crisis and prefers to make her orders clear before getting down to business herself, but won't be afraid to snap at those panicking too much or not listening to her in general.
"What skills do you have that sets you aside from others?"
Helga possesses exceptional athletic abilities, knows the ways of tactical combat, was taught how to fight with a knife, the ways of Colt knife throwing, knows how to use and fight with a katana in addition to a bo staff, kama, and conventional fire arms. She knows hand to hand combat as well and is familiar with different cultures from traveling abroad as a part of a military family. She would be able to advise on how to approach specific regions should the need arise.
"How do they advise and strategize/how do they hold respect or make others listen?"
Helga is the sort who likes to look at a strategical situation and think of the options surrounding it. An analytical thinker, she prefers to not rush blindly in to something and would strategize based around what the best option would be. She would advise along similar lines of thought, suggesting what she believes to be an option that makes the most sense strategically. She would not be one to argue an idea if she didn't think it was the best solution offered, though. She'd make her case to those higher up, and she'd only start to argue if she wholeheartedly believed that going against her idea would lead to disaster. She would earn respect from higher ups by maintaining a professional air and offering the best militaristic advice she could. It's worked in the past, and she could see it working again in the future.
With her soldiers beneath her, on the other hand, she would command respect as a drill instructor would. She would view her soldiers as being no more superior than anyone else and would expect them to be aware of it. Respect is earned, not given, when it comes to her soldiers. She would make those beneath her listen with her commanding authoritative air.

"You've been ambushed with your squad, how do you handle this situation?"
