(Early morning in the meadow, just past sunrise. Open to all!)
Despite her working-class position granting residency in the castle, there was so much Cadpig loved about the forest. Being surrounded by its natural beauty made her feel less homesick for the family farm. The sunshine beating down on her face filled her with energy, making it feel like anything she did that day was possible. Above all, it was a good way to get out of the palace, and put her paws to work in the fresh air. As soon as the Dalmatian had caught the scent of the early morning breeze, and heard the leaves rustle around her, she knew today was going to be good.
Cadpig practiced the art of yoga on her own every morning. Back home, willing participants were typically few and far between -- often times leaving her to her own devices. Growing older had certainly helped to mellow her out, but there was always time for centering oneself when the body demanded it.
Living in an unfamiliar space had brought the idea of a communal yoga class to mind. Though somewhat reluctant to act on it at first, she quickly realized how beneficial it was, any way she sliced it. An early morning exercise would be a fantastic training warm-up for the soldiers. It would bond those around her, allowing her fellow Suns to grow closer to one another. And with such diversity in the army, someone was bound to take a genuine interest, at the very least. There was nothing to lose!
Rather than make the commute from Arendelle, she had spent the night in Patch's tent, and set up shop in a clearing on the edge of camp. She had instated a tiny whisper campaign the night before to rile interest -- now, all she had to do was wait. A tiny yawn escaped her; she quickly shrugged off the fatigue in an attempt to look alert. There was a lingering nervousness within her that nobody would want to be up at this hour with her, but her patience would reward her.
Sure enough, a figure or two ambled in her direction, somewhat blanketed by the early morning mist. Her neutral expression stretched into a grin, bright as the sun above. The runt of the litter rose to her feet, chipper tune only matched by the songbirds in the trees.
"Hi there! Good morning! Are we ready to start the day with our bodies smiling and our chakras open?"
