(January 31st, Evening. Open to Captain Amelia,Honey Lemon,Lady,@tiana, and Aladdin)
Belle paced nervously in the main foyer despite herself. She didn't intend to be nervous, she didn't want to be nervous, but she simply couldn't help it. She hadn't been an outpost for the Enchanted Suns for long, but this was their first real transport to her castle. She had had Mrs. Potts make something special for the guests as she was sure they'd be hungry.
It wasn't that long a trip from Arendelle to the Fortress. It was mostly the passage through the Great Forest and the one outside her own castle that worried her the most. The unknown dangers, really, were what Belle was afraid of. If there wasn't another attack on a different transport a few days earlier, she might've felt differently.
If she also left the castle more, she probably would've felt differently as well. Ever since Robert left, she had felt compelled to stay as often as she could. Belle felt a duty to the castle itself as well as all those who were inside. All of her friends in the castle, now human permanently, were family to her. Not to mention that they helped console her after the Beast had left.
And that was part of it, too, the loss of her husband. Not that she didn't try to find where he had gone off to. But she couldn't trace it and even the Enchanted Mirror wouldn't show his whereabouts. It was a trying time all around, but Belle hoped that some new faces might turn things around.
All she knew was that one of the captains - Amelia, she was pretty sure - was leading a group to bring supplies and news. Belle wasn't entirely sure who was with them besides the captain, and that added to her uneasiness as well. Most people were accepting, but with soldiers came egos and the last thing she needed was another Gaston in her house. But still, there was always the bright side. Change was always good.
The brunette heard the main palace gates open and she steeled herself for whatever was to come. Belle stood up tall, like the Queen she was, and looked as the heavy wood doors opened.
